When Jordan Brand makes its long-awaited release of the Air Jordan 2010 in February to commemorate the popular line’s 25th anniversary, Wade will debut the shoe. Hand-picked for the role by Michael Jordan himself, the Miami Heat guard called it “a huge honor.”

“I was in awe, because I know what it means to not only be a part of Jordan Brand but really represent Michael on the court in the shoe he would wear,” Wade told The Associated Press. “Very excited, to say the least.”

The shoe will be launched nationwide Feb. 13 and will carry a retail price of $170. That coincides with All-Star weekend near Dallas and is four days before Jordan’s 47th birthday. It’s unknown if Wade will wear the shoe beforehand, say in Miami’s marquee Christmas Day game at Madison Square Garden against the New York Knicks.

“Sometimes you have to pass the torch. … He epitomizes what the brand represents,” Jordan said Wednesday night, when the arrangement was formally announced. “Being a player from our home community of Chicago, he has won championships already, his work ethic … those is are all things that I feel like represent the brand. I think we can build a great relationship.”

Complex Mag has listed it’s top 10 “boat” shoes for the summer.

Even if the only deck you’ll be on this summer is in the back of your friends house, a nice pair of boat shoes should find their way into your wardrobe sooner than later. Yep, we’re still co-signing the boat shoe. If you’ve been paying attention, you’d have noticed a bunch of designers dropping their own renditions of the classic silhouette that up until a couple years ago was known solely as the footwear of the prep set.

From the OG Sperry Top-Sider to the more casual stylings of Vans and Band of Outsiders, Complex picked out the 10 Best Boat Shoes of the season. Just because you won’t be on a yacht this summer, doesn’t mean you can’t act as if. Word to Boiler Room.

The Nike Air Penny 1/2 Cent made a big splash when it hit shelves earlier in its royal blue / black colorway. There are now two other colorways slated to release later on this year. One sports a metallic silver colorway with black accents, while the other features a black upper with green accents and a green outsole.

YSL enlists the creative minds of Puma to create this special edition boot cum sneaker for the  Spring Summer 09 collection. The high top features luxurious suede uppers accompanied by a high grade rubber sole. They are  available at Concepts in 2 color ways and should retail around $350-$500 USD.

Michalsky introduces his first sneakers a spart of his Fall/Winter 2009 collection this year.

Each sneaker will be hand-made in Germany and was created in collaboration with traditional sportshoe manufacturer Brütting. Based on a high-top model, that was first introduced in 1964, the sneaker will come in overall 9 individual versions, each with a different name. The sneakers are named Angelus, Diabolos and after the “Seven Deadly Sins” – Luxuria, Invidia, Gula, Ira, Superbia, Avaritia and Acedia. The Luxuria and Invidia models will be limited to 100 pairs worldwide and are numbered and signed by Michael Michalsky.

Louis Vuitton goes into the vaults and releases the Damier Graphite Collection inspired by the Damier Canvas from the pre-Monogram era. The new collection will stray away from the browns and sport a black and grey color scheme, “the style becomes unequivocally urban, the signature unmistakably masculine.” The Damier Graphite collection will include sneakers, belts, luggage and more.

The Air Mc fly’s are FINALLY here!!! Well,not exactly…What we do have is a Nike Hyperdunk in the Air McFly color ways. Nike only made 350 pairs. Marqueesole has the model in stock for $2015, which is probably a lot more than Marty Mc fly paid  in 2015. Anybody got a Delorean and a Flux Capacitor?
