My favorite spot is The Shore Club Hotel and pool.

Ducati has improved its 2011 848 EVO mid-level sportbike by adding more power via all new cylinder heads, pistons, throttle bodies and camshafts. According to the Italian manufacturer, horsepower is up six horses to 140HP, which makes it the most powerful bike in its class. The bike also sports massive Brembo Monobloc front braking calipers and a cross-mounted steering stabilizer.

The bike should get its official unveiling this weekend from the MotoGP race in California and sales are slated to begin later this summer.

Asking price stands at $12,995 for the blacked-out Dark Edition or $13,995 in bright Ducati Red.

The garage condo is a concept where complexes are built specifically that provide individuals a place to store cars, boats and other toys. Wichita developer Chris Rainbolt, president of Insignia Real Estate, plans to break ground this summer on Madison Pointe, a garage condominium community in Kansas City, Missouri. There are 17 condos in the first phase of the project which will eventually have 62 units plus a clubhouse that will be open around the clock. There are two sizes of condos, 1,118-square-foot units that can hold six cars and start at $118,000 and 790-square-foot units, big enough for four cars, starting at $79,000. Units have 18-foot ceilings, garage-door access, stubbed-in plumbing for bathroom additions and access to the clubhouse with restrooms, flat-screen televisions and a wet bar.

How much would you pay for the privilege of owning the very first Bentley Mulsanne to be produced? The all-new flagship from Crewe was unveiled this past weekend at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. And while official pricing has yet to be announced, the Arnage which it replaces lists in the mid-$200k range.

In conjunction with auction house Gooding & Company, Bentley sold Mulsanne #1 to the highest bidder, with proceeds going to Pebble Beach’s official charity, the Phil Hill Foundation. Bentley CEO Franz-Josef Paefgen and Bentley Heritage Collection chief Richard Charlesworth were on hand to participate from the stage, and prefaced the auction with a presentation of company founder W.O. Bentley’s personal vehicle, the 1920′s-era 8-liter Bentley. After failing to generate bids at $500,000, bidding on Mulsanne #1 started at $300,000 and climbed back up to the half-million mark, where it sold to an undisclosed bidder.

Miami’s new W Hotel South Beach has teamed up with HBO to give Entourage fanatics a chance to live out their own Queens Boulevard to Hollywood fantasy with the new “Entourage Package.” The deal not only includes a personal driver, a luxury yacht spin along the coast, and a personal poolside cabana and jet skis, but also allows a group of four to stay at the “Entourage Bungalow” — three floors with nine-feet-high ceilings and a gallery of rock photog Danny Clinch’s artwork, plus goodies from Grey Goose and Heineken and PS3s galore. This custom pool table was crafted by Florida’s Hurricane Custom Billiards specially for Unique Autosports South, the Miami showroom of the purveyor of custom rides for Hollywood’s finest. Since Unique’s whips are all about big wheels and bling, Hurricane built this table out of chromed steel and mounted it on four giant rims with ultra-low-profile tires. They topped it off with black leather trim and a black felt table top, and mounted a custom lighting kit capable of reproducing 1000 colors, just for good measure.

For the special agent on holiday, Aston chops the roof off its DBS supercar. At $286,400 to start, the Volante adds more than 10 grand to the sticker of the DBS coupe, and, of course, that figure will quickly bloat if you want yours personalized.
